intensivo de capacitaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9cnicas de defensa orientado a fortalecer la actuaci\u00f3n del personal operativo en situaciones conflictivas, con un enfoque basado en el respeto a los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>La formaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incluy\u00f3 a miembros de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Migraci\u00f3n y de las Fuerzas Armadas, como parte del proceso de modernizaci\u00f3n de reforma policial.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el acto de clausura, en el que se presentaron algunas de las t\u00e9cnicas aprendidas, el presidente Luis Abinader destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa busca mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas policiales, incorporando modelos de intervenci\u00f3n que han sido exitosos en otros pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>En total, participaron 140 instructores y supervisores del Instituto Policial de Educaci\u00f3n Superior, junto a seis oficiales del Ministerio de Defensa y cinco agentes de Migraci\u00f3n, quienes ahora ser\u00e1n formadores de nuevos miembros dentro de sus
